By accessing or using fullstacknotes.org (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

The Site is operated by FullstackNotes ("we", "us"). The use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

FullstackNotes provides:

• Blog articles and programming learning materials.
• A digital product marketplace (templates, source code, e-books, and the like).
• A seller program for users who want to sell digital products.
• Mentoring programs, classes, and assignments for students.
• A Q&A community (Bug Clinic).
• Website and application development services, governed by a separate agreement with the client.

We may change, add, or discontinue some services at any time with reasonable notice.

• You may sign up or log in using a Google account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it.
• One person should use one account. Selling, lending, or transferring accounts is prohibited.
• Some features (such as the seller program and mentoring) require admin approval before they become active.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

• Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment processing fees, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card numbers or payment credentials.
• Once payment is confirmed, the product can be downloaded or accessed through the success page, email/messages, and your account dashboard.
• The download link sent after purchase is valid for 3 days. After that, you can still download the product from your dashboard after logging in.
• Coupon codes are valid only according to their stated terms (period, quota, and specific products) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All Site content (text, design, logos, mascots, code, and other materials) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by FullstackNotes or its licensors.

Digital products you purchase are provided under a license for your personal use or your own projects, unless stated otherwise on the product page. You are not permitted to resell, share, re-upload, or distribute these products, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Because digital products can be downloaded and copied instantly, they are generally non-refundable once successfully accessed or downloaded.

We may consider exceptions if the file is corrupted and cannot be opened, the product clearly differs from its description, or a duplicate payment occurred. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment and an explanation of the issue.

• Sellers may only sell products they created themselves or have the rights to, and that do not violate the law or the rights of others.
• Selling malware, illegal content, copyright-infringing content, or misleading products is prohibited.
• Sales revenue split: 80% to the seller and 20% to the platform (server and marketing costs), unless announced otherwise.
• Balance withdrawals are made to a bank account in the seller's name, with a minimum amount of Rp 10,000. Payouts are processed manually by an admin after verification.
• We reserve the right to reject, take down, or suspend products and withhold payouts if there are indications of violations, fraud, or disputes.

• Mentoring schedules and materials may change depending on mentor availability, and you will be notified in advance.
• In the community, you are responsible for the content you post. Content that is harassing, attacks ethnicity, religion, or race, is spam, contains malware, or violates the law is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to edit or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

The scope of work, fees, schedule, and rights to the deliverables for web or application development services are set out in a separate written quotation or contract between you and us. If it differs from these terms, that written agreement prevails for the relevant project.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the Site's systems.
• Bulk data collection (scraping) without permission or misusing the API.
• Manipulating payments, coupons, or the referral/seller system.
• Using the Site for unlawful purposes.

The Site and services are provided "as is". We strive to keep the services running and the content accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be free of interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or products, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page along with its update date. By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept the latest version.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through amicable discussion.
